1. Who can shop with us

Our store is open to customers worldwide. We currently ship to the US, Europe, Australia, and Canada. You represent that you are of legal age in your state or country of residence, or that you have obtained parental consent to make a purchase.

2. Made to order

Every piece is printed by hand after you place your order — no inventory, no waste, something made just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or items we are unable to fulfill. Your order is not confirmed until we accept it and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Your purchases are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Our products

We do our best to accurately represent our products, including colors and materials. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what you see online.

Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Prices and billing

Prices may change at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout. Prices do not include taxes, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

All designs, graphics, photography, and brand content on this site belong to Wipe Away and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing here may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Wipe Away's name, logo, and designs are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

Wipe Away is powered by Big Cartel. Any purchases you make are made directly with Wipe Away. Big Cartel is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Wipe Away.
